The route starts from the road junction of Kalloni. This time we are heading to the NW, through the northern exit of Kalloni. First, we meet the mountainous settlement of Dafia and a little higher uphill on the stone ridge to the east the Monastery of Leimonos. Continuing our ascent to this rocky place, we meet the first settlement of the area, Filia, while to the north, the road leads to the mountain village of Skoutaro and to the south to the mountainous settlement of Anemotia. From there the road continues to Skalochori, while another small road to the south, leads us to the sea, at Kalo Limani.

Returning again to Skalochori and continuing our course to the west we meet the Monastery of Perivolis – a small paradise of greenery and water, in complete contradiction with the roughness of the rest of the place. Continuing the course on the main highway again, our road passes the mountain village of Vatousa – which is connected via a rural road to the south with the also mountainous settlements of Pterounta, Hydira and Revma – while ending in Antissa, a town with strong Lesbian elements. delivery. The nearby coastal areas with access from the wider area of ​​Antissa to the north are Gavathas, “Kampos” and further east, the coastal Lapsarna. At the exit of Antissa, the main road branches to the east ending in Sigri or to the south ending in the area of ​​Eressos.

Following the eastern fork, we first meet the Monastery of Ypsilou, built on top of Mount Ordymnos. Halfway, the road to the east leads us to the world-famous Fossil Forest – one of the oldest museums of Nature, a pole of attraction of global interest. In the area, there is also the state-of-the-art Museum of Natural History – Fossil Forest as well as an organized open-air Geological Park.

The further road ends in Sigri, a picturesque settlement of fishermen. Opposite Sigri there is the picturesque islet of Nisiopi, while the intermediate underwater area is scattered with fossils. Returning again to the main junction, this time we choose the road to the south. Located near the area of ​​Eressos, we meet the Monastery of Pythari, while following our descent we meet the town of Eressos.

Three kilometers south we end up in Skala Eressos – also an important holiday resort of the island. The area is scattered with remains of Ancient, Roman and Medieval times, while the fossils complement the magic of the place. Continuing east of Skala Eressos, our road leads to the mountain village of Mesotopo, while a secondary road to the south ends at the bay of Tavari.

Returning to Mesotopos and continuing our course to the east, we end up in the mountain village of Agra, while the road from there to the south, leads us to the seaside places Makara and Apothika, the southernmost points of the entrance to the Gulf of Kalloni. The route continues along the coast and to the west we meet the mountain village of Parakoila, while continuing along the coast we meet Skala Parakoila. Continuing to the SE. we return to Skala Kalloni.
